Start Getting Quality Sleep

Getting good quality, sufficient sleep is paramount in order to remain healthy. Sleep supports learning, memory, decision making and creativity. Studies have shown that those who are fortunate enough to get sufficient sleep have lower risks of developing chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes and obesity.

Only a few people are able to get good quality, sufficient sleep. Taking drugs to induce or maintain sleep might be effective, however, such drugs are addictive and ridden with side-effects that can only make one’s overall health worse. We used state of the art AI technology to rediscover what cause your insomnia or sleep disorder.

rave reviews

Before the therapy, I have frequent urination at night. A good night sleep can be very hard to achieve. After one session of the EmoPill music therapy and Oxygen therapy, I do not wake-up to toilets that regularly and I am able to fall asleep easier. I've been getting a lot of good quality sleep throughout the night.

Before the therapy, I have short durations of sleep. I will be awake after 2 hours of sleep. Only after one session of the EmoPill music therapy together with Oxygen therapy, my sleep has improved, from 2 hours to 7 or 8 hours daily, and I can sleep through the night. This therapy works for me because even after waking up at night visiting the toilet, I am able to go back to sleep effectively. Another advantage is that I've also drink less, and my taste bud has changed for the better.

I have insomnia and depression and always facing difficulty to sleep at night. My cousin introduced this EmoWave to me a year ago, and I met Dr. Dickson at Preview at UCK Puchong. True enough the report tells almost 99% accurate of my inner behaviour and that makes me sign up the course. After listening to EmoPill music tracks for 2 months, I came back for 2nd round assessment checking. I’m so happy that my depression and insomnia markers have improved and become better and increase my self-awareness.

The longer we stay awake, the more pressure we have to fall asleep.
